 Your right. So many innocent people sent to prison for years.

Illinois let go 13 men from death row who spent over 10 years there and were innocent.

CNN just had on a program where three little boys were murdered. In a quest to find out who done it, they arrested and ried three young guys. One on death row for 17 years. He's still there trying to get a retrial.
DNA from a hair on the boy wasn't from the 3. It was from a relative of one of the boys.

The whole point is that none of this should ever have happened, but did, because of the wrong people being involved in the decision-making process...i.e., incompetent detectives, overzealous prosecutors wanting to make a name for themselves, false testimony, hostile witnesses, ignorant, and prejudiced jurors, etc. It's the mindset of America today...Spy on people, control them, steal their money,and hurt the innocent.
