 I remember some years back on a Oral temperature (yes, Oral! temperature site) the image of I think it was Anna Korakova, the tennis star, having her temperature taken, orally, but there was no question, that the no-roll triangular top was RED!
And too, I was seen by a nurse practitioner about 7 years ago and she was about to take my oral temperature when I noticed the probe (It was either an IVAC or FILAC unit)had the red top on it. I said if she was going to take my temperature, she'd have to do it rectally. And she did!!
