It's fairly clear the father intended to injure the child with the thermometer. I don't believe someone would go to prison for accidentally injuring a child with a thermometer. Nobody here can be absolutely certain what really happened. They are discovering more innocent people who have spent years locked up, for crimes that they didn't commit. Yeah...some of you are going to accuse me of being a "bleeding heart liberal." So many innocent people sent to prison for years. Illinois let go 13 men from death row who spent over 10 years there and were innocent. CNN just had on a program where three little boys were murdered. In a quest to find out who done it, they arrested and ried three young guys. One on death row for 17 years. He's still there trying to get a retrial. DNA from a hair on the boy wasn't from the 3. It was from a relative of one of the boys. [ Post a Reply to This Message ]
