I PULLED THEM BACK UP.

ALWAYS WAS TAKEN BY FEMALE NURSES.

ITS TIME TO TAKE YOUR TEMERATURE ROLL OVER ON YOUR TUMMY AND LAY STILL.

THE NURSE ALWAYS LEFT THE ROOM FOR SEVERAL MINUTES.
5. Was a pre-lubricated sheath used?
NO.
6. Did the nurse/doctor wipe the thermometer off with a tissue before reading it, and did they announce your temp to your parent?
YES, THE NURSE WIPED IT OFF AND ALWAYS READ MY TEMP OUT LOUD.
7. Did the nurse/doctor hold the thermometer in place while it registered?
NEVER.
8. Did the nurse/doctor ever wipe the excess lube from your anus?
NO.
9. As a child, did you ever refuse a rectal temp at the doctors office?
NO.
10. What was the cut off age for rectal temps at your pediatricians office?
AGE 13.
11. Did you like going to the doctors office?
YES.

Iv never had my temperature taken at the doctors office or at home. I enjoy rectal temperatures even though they have all been self administered. Having my temp taken in my rectum at the doctors office is something I would like to experience however it doesn't look likely to happen.
