There's an entire chapter devoted to that, as well as related albums. At the start of the chapter, it has the dialogue for the whole "Dead Dog Tape".
The show with the clean version of the dedication was featured on AT40 Flashback in mid-September, but, due to the terrorist attacks in NYC several days earlier, many stations did not get that show. I wonder if they'll be running it again this year?
