Subject: Season 5 dvd question !!

 Anyone out there got the season 5 volume 1 dvd ?
I was just about to purchase the disc,and volume 2 is out soon......but the tech info says the picture is 4:3 !!!
Surely not !!
If this is the case i will wait for the U.K versions starting February.
Can anyone help with the picture ratio ?
