Also Spartacus is RIGHT - all socialist Obama did was announce it. True to form when things go wrong according to Obama its Bush fault but when things go right Obama steps in to take credit. No matter how O. or the libs try to spin this our socialist POTUS is only grandstand now to try and boost his sagging image.
