If Clinton was on top of things, why did he allow the WTC to be bombed in 1993? Why did he let bin Laden go free?

Why did Obama let the Ft. Hood massacre occur? Why didn't he stop the underwear bomber or the Times Square bomber or the the latest attacks.

The Aug. 6 briefing contained no actionable intelligence. This is a fact established by a non-partisan select Senate committee.
