Per the AIDS people a couple of billion will die of AIDS--well at least per the AIDS experts.

But its math time 45 thousand divided by the total population of the US is an extreme insignificant percentage of the US population.

In other words let the little F******s die. They are an insignificant minority not even worth giving one second of thought.
