for job accounting back in January. At the time, I didn't pay much attention to the news and following discussion. That change essentially wiped out the "saved" jobs category from a formula that, upon further study, would have been hard pressed to determine actual numbers in the first place.
From what I've now been reading, I see where the comments made certainly have a measure of credibility.
