The anthrax attacks were not foreign terrorism but the work of a single individual, Dr. Bruce Edwards Ivins, a scientist who worked at the government's biodefense labs at Fort Detrick. He committed suicide when he learned he was about to be prosecuted. His motive remains unknown.
If you want to count him, you have to count the Unabomber in Clinton's total terrorist attacks along withthe first World Trade Center bombing.
I'll give you the similarity between the underwear bomber and the shoe bomber, but one difference is that Reid was prevented from lighting his shoe bomb by passengers and the underwear bomber's bomb simply failed to work, merely setting his crotch on fire. Had it worked as designed it would have brought the plane down.
You are also forgetting the failed Times Square bomber, another Islamic extremist Obama failed to catch in time.
The Ft. Hood attack is the most damning of Obama, since there were ample signs the guy was dangerous, yet political correctness in the Army not only kept him from being stopped, but actually got him promoted.
Only a complete fool would say that Obama has done a better job fighting terrorism than did Bush.
