The country got hit HARD on 9/11 on Bush's watch. Not Reagan, not Bush I, not Carter, not Ford, not Obama's, not Bill Clinton's, not Nixon. None of those guys were President that day.

THAT is the evidence he didn't pay attention. It is the ONLY evidence needed.

Had he stopped or prevented it, we wouldn't be having this conversation. Bill Clinton didn't have 9/11 happen and 3000 people die on his watch. Are you claiming that Bush DID pay attention and Clinton DIDN'T?

I don't know what more to say on the matter.
