When they retake Congress. Barry's agenda will be halted in its tracks. Obamacare will be defunded and gradually changed and repealed to make it harmless.
American business, seeing that the economy wrecker in chief is checkmated and unable to carry out tax increases and further hopenchange mayhem, will have the stability they need to forecast business conditions and begin to invest some that pile of cash they are sitting on. Hiring will increase, consumers will grow more confident and the economy will finally turn around. Not because of Obama, but because he and the democrats will have been rendered impotent.
Barry will take credit, but I almost think that stripped of the ability to carry out his massively unpopular agenda, he may not even run in 2012.
