For people who don't want to acknowedge that Christmas is the celebration of Christ's birthday they might want to consider having their own holiday - any day but the 25th. They could consider happy holidays day that they like so much, happy consumer day, happy Macy's day, happy all religions day, happy atheist day, etc. anything that makes them happy but they should leave Christmas to Christians - the day has nothing to do with them.
