damage and deaths than the well?

By stealing the wind, corridors are created where cells run up, then stop. Flooding and large hail are worse and more frequent. The weather is changed. There could be other, even worse repercussions.

Scientists do not seem to calculate possible collateral damage of their ideas. For example FOOD for fuel. Any sentient person could reason that THAT was a bad idea. Sigh. Anna
