Subject: Is the Justice Dept. racist?

Obama and AG Holder now want to use their power to change the outcome of a verdict in a trial in Oakland, Ca. Johannes Mehserle a former Oakland BART cop and a white man was given involuntary manslaughter for the death of Oscar Grant a black man. BUT Holder Obama's man to run the Justice Dept. and Barbara Lee Dem., Oakland want the verdict changed (would they be as interested if a black cop and white victim were involved?) Who knows? They wanted murder in the first degree. SO what are they doing about it? They are going to use the Justice Dept. for a FEDERAL PROSECUTION to try and change the verdict. The trial was fair and the jury made their decision. If Obama, Holder and Lee get away with this than they can step in and change any verdict they don't like. These people should not be allowed to get away with this.
