I was reading somewhere of the Lotto Curse. In case you may not have heard of it, its the curse where you win untold millions in the lotto and are bankrupt within 10 or 20 years.

The reason most of the time: people just dont know how to manage their money proplerly. They spend their money on stupid stuff and on investments that a little research would have shown to be scams and extremely risky investments.

You also see it with big time sports figures who earn millions of dollars every year but at the end of their career are broke because they THOUGHT the income would be rolling in forever.


So in reply to your post, the rich stay rich because they keep their money in the bank or in investiments that are safe rather than go off spend every single penny just because they have it.
