A large part of their money comes from Unions. They have to suck the Richard of Unions if they want to continue to suck in money from the unions....IF it were up to me I would completely oulaw/bann all unions--F every last union member as far as I am concerned.

SOOOO they have to spend your tax dollars to on their big buddy big unions as a political requirement of their existance. EVEN IF they didnt want to bail out the auto industry deep down their failure to do so would cost them vast numbers of votes and huge amounts of money.
