GW has on a helicopter the next day. He didn't act immediately because the MORON mayor and goobenor stated they had the situation under control.What's more is that all Mao-ist Barry has done has sent lawyers, advisors and his "climate-change" advisor to the scene...WoW...thanks Barry.
