5 (for the first 10) and 1 (for every 10 after). So for 131 you’re going to have about 17 qualifiers. In normal years, WMH (world medal holders) are omitted from the formula, but without a Worlds there aren’t any currently. However, if say there were 2 in the hypothetical 131, the total number would be 19. Also, prelims count in the whole number of competitors.
