Subject: they get to fall back on the 2019 WQ if they failed to qualify at the 2020? Pretty sure that was in the syllabus…

Unless they had a medical excuse you were expected to participate in your O if it took place and if you failed to qualify you could fall back on your 2019 qualification. Would not likely impact too many anyway
