Subject: I believe they can if they qualified for nationals at their oireachtas. Most 2019 qualifiers would be OC by now.

  • Prelims can world qualify if they place high enough in the overall recall. They cannot world qualify via the separate prelim. recall. Doesn’t matter if they qualified for Nationals at their Oireachtas or not. (NT) -- c, 10:45:35 07/11/21 Sun
