Subject: Dancer nutrition info please!

Getting ready for Nationals and want to give myself the best shot.

Does anyone have resources or tips to share on how to craft a nutrition plan for the next few weeks? What shouldn't I be eating and when and how do I carb load?

I've been going for a few weeks already without pop and trying to eat a good variety of proteins.
