Subject: WQ Formula for U22 and 22+ age groups?

Looking for clarification on the world qualifying formula for the "new" U22 and 22+ age groups?

The Scottish Nationals used the old "double age" formula (7 for first 20, 1 for every 10 or part of 10)

The Irish Nationals used the single year formula

The NAN Syllabus states qualifying is "the current formula of CLRG"

The SERC website states that the single year formula should be applied for these new age groups.

So, what is it, really?
