How many thousands of dollars over the years did this family chose to spend on overseas competitions, dresses, feises, classes, etc? It likely could have funded a year or two of law school. And now this young person has her hand out for donations for education? Many kids could not do every class, extra workshop, overseas comp because their parents were responsible in saving for their future. You cannot have your cake and eat it too.
