  • Rotating is far fairer. Judges should have a "feel" for any comp, but it is unrealistic to have the same panel view 100 or more dancers, 3 times in a row and be totally objective. Each time. Doesn't happen. With the timing of this past NANS, rotating panels could have been easily done. -- seeing different group better, 12:54:27 07/15/17 Sat
