Subject: I believe you are confusing the requirement for Worlds, where a dancer who qualifies at NANs of All Irelands must participate in the region's Oireachtas unless their TCRG requests and exemption (typically due to injury). There is no such requirement for Nationals. If OC, the dancer can participate, with or without dancing at the Oireachtas.
