Subject: Nerves outta nowhere

DD has been feising for close to 10 years. She was completely stagnant in her old school (5+ years in prelim), so she decided to transfer after taking some time off. Now that she's feising again (since April), she has nerves issues like she's never had before. At first I thought it was just getting back into the swing of things, but it's getting worse each feis. I don't know if it's because she feels like she has something to prove, to herself, or others, or what is going on inside her head! She placing better than she ever has before. She's happy with her transfer...but her nerves are WRECKING her on stage. Then she beats herself up because she never had issues with nerves before. And it's becoming this death spiral/self-fulfillong prophecy that she's now making stupid/sloppy mistakes...which starts the cycle all over again.

She loves her new school, her new TC's, her new choreography. Any suggestions on how she can get out of her own head?
