Author: what's the prob?
Subject: Um, I think all the posts have indicated that. However, it is not done often. Only once in the last 17 or 18 years. One post even referenced it to being cancelled, too. But by most accounts, Easter is not "super early" in 2018, is it? Odds of it moving for 2018 are pretty slim, right?
In reply to: . 's message, "Why do people post when they don't know? The Worlds date HAS been shifted from the traditional slot in past years. When Easter has been super early, the event started on Easter Sunday rather than finishing on that date." on 02:45:38 08/11/17 Fri

Oh, and the OP asked if they would move Worlds because of AIs, and no, if anything they would move AIs first, THAT has changed weeks (even time of year) far more frequently than Worlds.

The only reason that Worlds shifted the one year was because the schedule impacted on St. Patrick's Day; however, would love to see them avoid Easter Sunday, itself, but that doesn't seem to be happening anytime soon (even tho they had voted on it).

Sheesh, maybe you should read what is actually said in the posts and not go jumping off.
