Author: Just my opinion. :-)
Subject: My daughter was always thrilled to win a sash at feis. She is not ever likely to win a sash at the Oireachtas. I see not harm in sashes at feises for championship top spots or first place in specials. It is pretty fun and exciting to win a sash.
In reply to: (no sash) for awards 's message, "Can always have a few banners on hand with the placements printed. No need to have years, right? But it doesn't lend itself to why giving out sashes for feiseanna placements (even top of box) isn't as necessary, either. Keep the sashes for regionals or majors. Kind of like the Winged Victory or large cup" on 18:15:15 08/23/17 Wed
