Subject: Rules clarification question about qualifying for worlds

If a dancer were to compete at Oireachtas and qualify for Worlds, but then their school were to close after Oireachtas, would the dancer still be able to compete at Worlds? Correct me if I'm wrong, but when a school closes down the dancers can join a new school without having to serving a ban, but I'm curious about their qualification coming with them...seems very unfair to the dancers if that means they can't compete at worlds.
