Subject: Try to get her to go to class to at least watch. DD always felt that helped because if the TC changed a step, she was ready for it. Also search for things she can do with her injury, upper body or core work helped DD stay in shape. I too felt your pain. Good luck and don't give up.
In reply to: concerned mom 's message, "My DD has been injured for several weeks. Being unable to dance has her feeling depressed and uninterested. Seems almost unmotivated to get better. She has several weeks before she can get back on the dance floor. Anyone have experience with this, and if so, how can I help her?" on 08:59:18 09/18/17 Mon

  • You did not say how old she is, but if she's not itty bitty, I'd let her lead on this. The injury sucks, perhaps she's finding silver lining (NT) -- (Enjoyment)., 06:34:32 09/19/17 Tue
