Mentally, it helps to think about keeping yours knees in front of each other, or having your thighs always glued together. She may need some strength exercises to help her keep crossed. Looking at feis fit or Lauren Early's pages may help come up with some good ideas of what to do to strengthen those muscles.

  • I'm not sure if this is an issue for your dancer, but sometimes if you don't have a great deal of stamina that can affect the crossing as it is more work and energy to cross the thighs. ?? (NT) -- Dd, 10:25:29 10/06/17 Fri
