  • I used to, but when Rutherfords added the cuff to the heel of their shoes, I found that it wasn't necessary anymore. Highly recommend them! They really stay on nicely. (NT) -- Senior lady, 06:48:52 10/06/17 Fri
  • Dancers with narrow feet can't wear Rutherfords. Even their narrow-width shoe is too wide. We've tried them. Fay's narrow-width shoe is much narrower and Rutherfords will add the shamrock lacing to them if requested. (NT) -- mom of narrow footed dancer, 07:59:16 10/06/17 Fri
  • I had the same experience! Used to need the shamrock lacing, but the heel cuff helps! But I competed in champs for years with shamrock lacing. I used white softshoe laces so they wouldn't show at my ankle. Buckles and white tape around the top of the shoe hide the rest of the laces. (NT) -- Good luck!, 08:39:12 10/06/17 Fri
