SRO has a specific College Ceili competition, and the dancer can ALSO do ceili/solos with their regular dance school.

From Page 9 of the Southern Region Oireachtas Syllabus linked at bottom from QuickFeis:

College Céilí:
Teams are limited to colleges within our region, and all dancers must be registered students at the same
college. Dancers will perform an 8 hand with the same rules as for Céilís listed above. Competitors in this
competition may dance solo and team competitions with their regularly registered teacher(s).
