She can do both! I competed CLRG solos while being in a college ID club all 4 years and dancing with my college team at intercollegiate College Irish Dance competitions at Villanova and Dayton. However, she can't compete in the CLRG All Irelands "club ceili" competition with her college team unless she's out of CLRG competition for at least 2 years-I've only ever seen the Notre Dame team do this comp
