I know some folks here watch "American Idol". Last night, when eliminating contestant Michael Johns, Seacrest said, "Last year, we didn't eliminate anyone during Idol gives back" week, thus raising Michael's hopes he would be staying. Then, Seacrest says, "But this year, we're leting you go". It was a totally scummy thing to do. Why even mention last year if you're not going to repeat it this time? It was totally cruel! I'll bet anything that Seacrest is forced to apologize next wek.
