Shawn, it is very easy to find:

1. Verrazano Bridge to SI
2. Take Hyland Blvd (South)
3. Stay on Hylan Blvd for a while, at one point it will
Arden Avenue.
4, After Arden it is not very densely populated, keep moving along Hylan until you see Arbatus Ave
5. Make left to Arbatus and it will take you East all the way to the Ocean.
6. You will see an ocean front development on the left.
7. It has HUGE CASTLE LIKE HOUSES !
8 Turn left into this development, you can not miss Rostratas and Palms.

Good Luck !
Take a trip you will be amazed of what you will see @ Arbatus Ave.
