These 2 Rostrata's have never been protected. I met the owner about 3 or 4 years ago. He told me the yuccas are never protected. I took this photos 1/17/08, the owner wasn't there that day so I didn't get the type of photos I wanted to get. He's a retired Cop & you can tell by the photos he watches over his Yuccas & pond.But I did notice one thing.4 years ago both Rostrata's was about 3 ft tall. Now one is 6 feet tall and very hardy, the other about 5 ft tall and doesn't look that hardy at all.
