That's a nice looking Yucca. I have a Yucca gloriosa 'variegata' as well but the leaves are yellowish and green not the white and green as shown in this photo. I keep the moisture off mine and it seems to do fine although it will have loads of brown spots all over the leaves come late winter and spring. It's been in the ground since spring 2004 and has been through 2 winter now with a low of -8F. I hope it flowers this year?????
