A follow up and corrections.

Appears the distributor cap and rotor may be an Opel Kadett. Dist part # 0231176(or 0) 012. The cap is a 1235522196.The 68 Opel Workshop manual is a factory Service Manual and for the Kadett

The regulator is a Bosch part # RS/TB 160/6/1 6 volt
The carburettor is a Solex 28 1BT

Books:

Goliath 1100 Passenger Car Repair Manual. 3 ring grren plastic binder
1st 2 pages are loose.. ring holes worn. Otherwise excellent condition and complete.

Goliath Workshop-Manuel( note the spelling) for Express Delivery Van. Blue plastic binder 4 rivets Excellent condition. Intereeting book but I've read hundreds of workshop manuals and this one is a bit vague, but apperars to be complete.

Betriebsanleitung Goliath Express booklet.. small 1/2" tear in cover top left corner.. otherwise excellent condition. In German.

Same booklet faded cover and a couple small blemishes. otherwise complete and in exc condition.

Operating Instructions Goliath Express Pickup Vans.
Faded cover with some "wrinkles" but otherwise excellent condition. In English,French and German.

Express 1100 Sales Brochure with an inkstamp from
Dana-Frane Motor Co
29th Ave &E. 14th St. Oakland (ca ? )
An 1-2200
Faded and a coupkle light creases on the cover but all there. Very cool.

Getting the Best Out of Your Goliath. for the 886 cc 40bhp Faded cover small corner wrinkle somemink scribble ,lower left cover but otherwise exc condition.

How to Get the Most From Your Car.. for the 688 cc 29bhp
Faded cover with some creases and smudges some internal smudges and one worn hole on one page but all there and otherwise very good cond.

Goliath 1100 Instruction Manual. In English, French and German. Wrinkles and crease in cover. Appears page smay have stuck topgether at one time. pages 21-24 (one piece) loose otherwise good condition.

Goliath Bulletin Service 2.61 Re: Changes in the Repair Manual and the Goliath 1100 Sedan Flat Rate Booklet 4 sheets of crrections 3 hole punched Very good Cond.

Livermore, Calif Couple pages ripped out which aoppear to have been coupons of some sort

Shows services from 19 Mar 58 to somw=etime in '62 at 48,853 miles..
Then a new speedo at 50,070 last servuice at 1999 ( new mileage) 12-9-62
then .... nothing.. the booklet optomistically goes to 120,000 mile service...
Some wrinkles and wear on cover but otherwise very good cond. ..

Another curiousity...
A bulletin from the Arnolt Corp of Warsaw Indiana with respect to Solex carbs 32 PICB-1 for the Express and Luxus 2 pgs

Finally a parts breakdown sheet from Solex on the type 32 PICB-1 for the Goliath 1100 3 pages exc cond
