The Problem:
lack of finances for poverty striken neighborhods

The Social Invention:
Reciprocity fund for impoverished neighborhoods, which provides funding for economic development; such as education, farming, or water quality ect. Poor communities that have at least a small amount of income could be given the option to pay an elective tax. This money would be reinvested into the participating communities in anything that would have a reciprocal effect of improving the economic subsistence of that community. Once the fund was underway, solicitation of donations could help increase the funds feasibility.
