Due to personal circumstances, we have to give up on building our dream house on Lot 15, 51 Railway Parade in Eltham, Vic, Australia. This small but beautiful lot is part of the "Dulaiwurrong Village" sustainable community development (www.dulai.net), 20km north of Melbourne on the edge of Diamond Creek. The developer is currently completing his set-up of the village and owners will begin building their houses in the next few months. There will be 26 individual lots in total, as well as a shared Community House and art studio, vegetable gardens, and fruit & nut trees. All this in a beautiful peaceful green setting, yet only 10 minutes' walk from the train station and shops! Because of the urgent nature of the sale, the lot is being offered slightly below market value at $220,000, but this is negotiable and no reasonable offer will be refused. Please email (mori@whoever.com) or call (mobile number 0438-082-539) with any enquiries.
