Yes the rules were changed recently to discourage MAO girls from competing in sweetheart but as long as she was not holding a prelim title while competing at sweetheart, she was okay to compete in that “system.” Since there’s no contract for nationals she’s is eligible to return to our system now that it’s kver. -- UNOFFICIAL MISS LOUISIANA MESSAGE BOARD

Yes. And its my understanding she was given permission to compete beforehand, knowing if she won she would still be eligible for prelims this year. All of this fuss is alot of hot air. I look forward to seeing her compete in Louisiana this year, should she chose to do so. (NT) ICEMAN

Well it is MY understanding that other contestants (who were asked to compete in sweetheart before Kaitryana was asked) received a different message from MLAO (NT) -- No name, 00:12:49 09/09/18 Sun (172-3-253-105.lightspeed.nworla.sbcglobal.net/172.3.253.105)
