I would fervently hope that every medical professional who cared for Coach Allen and/or who had knowledge of his condition and diagnoses, would NEVER reveal such information to anyone, absent Coach Allen's express authorization. Revelation to you of such information "under the promise of anonimity [sic] and the strictest of confidence" is WRONG. In fact it is so WRONG that it makes me wonder if it ever happened. If it did, then you are continuing a wrong by publishing the content of this post.
