To HC1843: Track may not be a prominent sport at HC now but it certainly was once [for about 40 years]. HC was a regular participant in Milrose /K of C/other such prominent meets/ had more than a few participants in Olympic qualifying trials. Nationally known for many years for national caliber relay teams.
