so far it's been a tough spring for our teams but baseball has shown some signs of much improved pitching. they played bc tough at fitton yday, losing 4-1. this weekend starts league play with 2 dh's vs. lafayette sat and sun (they are one of the weaker pl teams so) we'll know soon if this team can compete for a championship.

bad weather = bad hitting
This is a sport that cries out for 2 divisions- the big timers (who are either from the South or pay big bucks to travel down there a lot); and the small timers, all from the bad weather states, and whose primary schedules should be played starting in late August.
