That is some very serious enema equipment. I can't even imagine taking a one gallon enema with a double-balloon nozzle.......maybe 3 quarts at the most, but certainly not 4 quarts. Please let us know your experience with combination.

Yep it scary stuff, I haven't actually tried the combination yet, but it looks awesome LOL! I may have taken things a bit too far, but it's in my nature....
Gulp....LOL

As for a gallon, well an American gallon work out at about 6.5 UK pints. The best I can comfortably manage is about 4.5 UK pints, then panic sets in, so that's my limit.....
