My mother would put the Fleet bottle in the sink and let warm water run over it for a few minutes since I complained it was cold one time. Sometimes I'd be on the toilet and watch or in my bedroom listening to the water. It was so exciting just waiting for it. I did prefer a real enema but sometimes it was Fleets.

Warm fleet enema are fun to play with , my hubby & me would give each outer a fleet at the same time see who could retain the fleet longest. That enema would son make me feel like I must expel it. I did just hold the enema & the enema would get so I could hole it a long time. My hubby would just retain the fleet, sometime it would be 30 to 45 min. The thing is sometime that fleet would just push it way out & there is no retaining the fleet enema My hubby Mose of the time retained his longest that me. The thing is the longer you retain the fleet the water it makes you bowels when you expel that enema . The outer thing we found is the fleet enema retained becomes like am oral laxative because it worked on you for hours after you let the enema out. try it the fleet is a experience.

I agree with Char. I try to hold a fleet for at least 30 minutes. My record was 45 minutes, but only after I was tired of waiting and inserted the 2nd bottle. I was on the toilet every hour after that for the rest of the evening. I tried the fleet extra, but prefer the smaller one for the lasting effects. The extra is more fluid but less concentrated.
