I understandand your enema problem It involves holding the enema in you + and your diet. An enema is a laxitave and will clear out you lower intestine and make you feel better. I have more info if you like. The enema , if properly given can clear out an obstruction, which can make you very confortable. An enema bag is very esential with an enema tip that is comfortable, but the solution is important. You can take an enema alone or have someone give it to you. Hope you feel better.

To Brittany:

Glad you gave "Old Reliable" a second chance. An enema properly administered and taken and held should work the
first time and every time. Apparently, you are not very
experienced in taking enemas - you indicated that you have
suffered from constipation for 10 years and you had to buy
a fountain syringe. Is this your first enema purchase?
Why did you not have one at home?
May I suggest that you read up on some proper techniques
for taking enemas.
Go to: www.geocities.com/valerie_cct/enemas.html
or www.enemabag.com
These two sites give some very straightforward and
accurate techniques for taking successful enemas.
Good luck and have a positive attitude.
